I had this problem recently but it was after installing PrecipitFX … it actually wasn’t two contrails but PrecipitFX version of fx_Contrail_l.fx has two emitters, so I removed one of the emitters.

Here’s a video I made, you can skip ahead to the 4 min mark as the first part of this video is about the new Cloud.fx from LM.

Hi,

We found a problem in the installer causing double contrails.

Reinstalling the product with the latest update should fix this issue.

 

We will send a notice to customers via email in the coming days.
