If a gauge coordinate is written

0, 0, 1, 1, how will that appear visually in the cockpit?

Is that actually an invisible gauge?

More than likely.....it may well be a gauge for callouts for example.

Possibly a gauge that is placed by the cockpit's 3D model, therefore it is not adjustable.

Yes, that is precisely what it is. A "one pixel by one pixel" display is quite invisible!
