Do these by any chance incorporate precipitation effects on the windshield?

Hi Folks,

This is based around P3D 4.5 and the F1 GTN750, so if you're runnng v4.5 and have the F1 GTN 750...

If you're thinking this is for MSFS then no joy.

The Caranado PC12 for P3D is a prerequisite as well as ASN, Roland's Radar, F1 GTN750, PFX and McCoy effects.

The above said I do have P3D v5, but it's a slow burn build and will be quite a few weeks before I can update ASN, migrate to the RXP and perform all the other little bits that would be needed to run it up on P3D v5.

If you're still interested PM me and I'll get back to you noting it's be a few weeks due to life in general limiting my time.

Cheers

I think I've already applied most mods by my self, but I wonder what's in your bugfix.

2 main ting bother me is

1.the IAS hold mode likely hole 10+current IAS rather than exact current IAS, and

2.the ILS approach is very lazy on capturing G/S,

if these 2 were fixed, I'll be happy as I could get out of an old Carenado craft

I guess you'll have to try it and see how it all goes for yourself.

Seems ok to myself, IAS maintains speed within a reasonable margin of error provided it's not pushed to extremes, certainly for level flight it maintained the hold speed set.

And also seemed to be no prob with ILS, what sort of distance would you expecting to not capture ?

Cheers

I always get it too slow to nose down and ended up high above G/S and G/S mode just quit, have to use VS or manually push back to G/S to let it capture again and hope it could stay this time.

Where can I got one for a try? thanks!

I use the RXP 750, just used RXP's own tool to replace the F1 version. Or do you mean something else?

@Rogen

How did you do that with the bright light ?? Looks really fantastic 🙂

How do I get such a lighting ?

The lighting is a combo of Tomato Shade, Reshade, a bit of custom shader code (mostly to fix errors) and a little adjustment within the P3D settings.

Noting Tomato Shade is P3Dv4.5 only and has many adjustments for things like increasing the terrain brightness.

With lots of before and after pics for tuning.

Grab Tomato Shade if you're running 4.5 and I'm happy to share my Tomato Shade profile, Reshade is free and works on DX 11/12 and offers many features, and lots of different shaders, but I only use 6~8 regularly. One really good advantage of ReShade is you can adjust things on the fly so to speak as changes happen in real time.

Cheers

Ah Ok, I do not use tomato shade or reshade. I use envshade - new landing lights are not possible for  me in this case unfortunately 😉

I thought you might have changed something in the fx files ...
